We are a brotherhood for the men who are done doing life alone.
Most men aren’t broken. They’re isolated. Disconnected. Exhausted.
Carrying everything alone. Its all on you.
LOFB was built for that man. For you.
We don’t force conversations. We create environments where they happen naturally, over a cigar, over a bloody good non-alcoholic beer, with men who understand. No judgement. Not clinical. No pretending.
True strength isn’t about how much weight you can carry on your shoulders.
It’s about dropping the mask and refusing to face that weight alone.
Our founder built LOFB after walking through his own battles and realising something powerful: men don’t open up because they’re told to, they open up when they feel safe, respected, and in control.
That’s what LOFB creates, a community where you stop carrying the weight of the world alone, you take ownership over your habits and you build a real brotherhood.

PROUD FOUNDER OF LOFB
The League is a brotherhood of men who refuse to do life alone.
It is LOFB’s private, members-only platform built for real connection, honest conversation, and personal growth. Inside The League, likeminded men gather regularly - in person at cigar lounges or online - to talk openly, share challenges, build resilience, and strengthen one another over bloody good cigars and NA beer. The League comprises of three key pillars.
Forum
A small, confidential group of 6-8 men who meet monthly for 2-3 hours, following a proven conversation framework. A space to unburden, connect and build a true brotherhood over a cigar and NA beer.
EVENTS
Local, regional and national events that bring League members together to meet men outside your forum, hear from guest speakers and connect with the entire LOFB brotherhood.
EDUCATION
Practical tools and resources delivered by LOFB-trained leaders and guest practitioners, designed to help you take ownership of your habits, relationships and mental resilience.
